Learn about different kinds of templates used by curved quilt designers such as paper, templastic, and acrylic. Practice marking fabric for templates and various methods of cutting out curved pieces. Learn the four major methods for sewing curved pieces. This is an Intermediate-level class: students must be familiar with a sewing machine and basic level sewing/quilting techniques. Students must bring a sewing machine, in good working condition, to class and be able to operate it with basic sewing ability.
